Vision
INTEGRITY Care exists to help people and the enterprises that they start, to reach their maximum potential. We help people to live in the realm of what is possible for their lives. We empower the poor by restoring their ability to support their families and improve their future by helping individuals fulfill their God given potential.

Strategy
We do this by:
1. relieving the immediate poverty and suffering of people’s circumstances
2. Working with communities to overcome obstacles to their growth
2. stimulating people's talents & creativity into small business
3. providing access to development funds and micro-enterprise loans
4. providing values-based education, training and mentorship.

Method
We partner with local implementing organizations to implement our Vision in a culturally relevant and sustainable manner. Where possible we utilize the talents and resources of local communities to impart knowledge and to build capacity that will allow the transformation they seek, to be sustained.

Summary
The basic purpose of INTEGRITY Care is to eliminate poverty, but as a stand-alone initiative focused on material needs. We focus on developing both individuals and their community.  We build capacity in the people by looking at their holistic needs, empowering them to walk in dignity, hope.  We also seek to produce a sustainable transformation in their community by dealing with issues such as water, health, education etc.  By these means we product lasting change to the lives of who need it the most.
