Gary Waters - Founder and Executive Chairman Gary has a background in electronics and engineering before engaging in general management & business consulting. His specialist areas are Organisational & Leadership development. Gary’s clients have varied from national & international corporations to government & non-profit bodies. He retains a strong interest in developing leaders at all levels of society and in imparting values education.

Liz Waters
Liz has extensive experience in Secondary & Special education. She is an entrepreneur, running a successful, home-based, gift basket business, as well as being a full time mother and home-school teacher of 1 of their 4 children. Liz has served as Director for Overseas Missions in her church, coordinating and supporting field workers, support personnel and resources.

Both are active in their local community and local church, holding positions with several community service bodies.
 

Roy Hooker - China Director
Roy is a company director with experience in the management of both small business enterprises and large corporate institutions.  His background in banking, investment and property, both internationally and wihtin Australia, give him a wide perspective for evaluation and project selection.  As China rapidly develops there is a huge gap developing between the "haves" and "have nots".  Through his experience in integrated community developments, he has seen first hand the dramatic changes that can be brought about in just a few years with the injection of capital, education and training.
