2. ‘Building Leaders of INTEGRITY’ – Conference or Seminar format

‘Building Leaders of INTEGRITY’ is an initiative to promote and develop leadership capacity at every level of society. Through principle-based training, group stimulation, personal reflection and mentorship, participants are equipped with knowledge and skills to discover their unique life mission. They are guided through a process of action planning to provide achievable goals for their personal or business action plan. All true leadership is founded on self-leadership, so we help participants to discover how to lead themselves forward in a mission that will mark a life of significance.

True leaders emerge with the understanding that ‘leadership’ is not about the leader, but the follower. We present participants with lessons from history that reveals principles for sustainability and prosperity, fundamental to true service in leadership.

The same principles of service to others in a cause greater than themselves, apply to leadership in the family, community, church, business or government. So participants are equipped for holistic effectiveness as leaders.

The model that we present is only that, a model, to be applied by each Facilitator, as they feel to service the needs of their participants. The ‘HIGH Ground’ Centre can provide training to implement such a program in your organization and templates to produce literature as you require.
