A Loans Officer/Business Mentor (Poi)is under appointment to support the 60 Community Workers trained for self support by the MED program into Thailand & Laos.

15 Community Workers have been trained and loan funds provided in Hanoi. Relationships exist to start a city-wide MED project and support a Manager as funds allow.
